Exercise is extremely important in helping to alleviate effects of cancer treatments and maintaining good health after treatment. We will complete an easy set of a full body warm-up, an easy workout and relaxing cool down. We are working on muscle strength maintenance, our body composition, as well as our balance and flexibility. Come ready to exercise in comfortable clothes and shoes.
