Exercise is extremely important in helping to alleviate effects of cancer treatments and maintaining good health after treatment. We will complete an easy full-body warm-up, an easy workout, and a relaxing cool down. We will work on muscle strength maintenance, body composition, as well as balance and flexibility. Come ready to exercise in comfortable clothes and shoes.
