(SGR) Achieve Optimal Health with the Power of Guided Imagery with Melbra Watts

Experiences of traumatic and stressful events, past and present, can reduce our immunity and energy to overcome disease or achieve the results we desire.  Medical studies with breast cancer patients, as well as with athletes, have proven that creating images in proactive and positive ways, as in guided imagery, can effectively reduce stress and improve health and fitness outcomes.  With guided imagery, you can take charge of your mind and body by using the power of your creative imagination to achieve better health and well-being.

Melbra Watts is an energy medicine health coach who provides training in wellness and holistic development.
