Join Women's Cancer Resource Center board, staff, volunteers, and supporters for a fun fundraising meal at Chevys in Emeryville on Thursday August 21st from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m. WCRC will be reserving a large private room at 6 p.m. and the first sixty people to RSVP can all party together. There will be a raffle with exciting prizes.

WCRC will get between 15-20% of the pre-tax/tip sales. Organize your friends and come anytime during the day for lunch, cocktails, appetizers, or dinner. TO RSVP (for the 6 PM dining room only) please write to christine@wcrc.org. You may also reserve by phone at 510-601-4040 ext. 182.

Please call Chevys directly if you'd like to make a reservation at another time. Please note that you MUST bring a copy of the Chevys Fundraising Flyer. You may also call 510-601-4040 ext. 182 and we'll send you a stack. Let us also know if you'd like to have some to distribute and please feel free to invite every person in your address book since this is such an easy and fun way to support the Women's Cancer Resource Center.

Swim a Mile for Women with Cancer!
It's not too early to register for the 8th annual Swim fundraiser. Registration is available online at www.wcrc.org This year's swim will be held Saturday and Sunday, October 4 and 5, 2003 from 10AM to 5PM at the lovely outdoor pool at Mills College in Oakland. This is a non-competitive event for all ages and ability levels - you may swim one mile or one lap. You can also come by and pick up the brochure/registration form or we can mail them to you.
