There is no denying classic comfort foods are delicious, but most are usually low in nutrients and loaded with sugar, butter, cream, and cheese. In this class, I’ll demonstrate a few recipes to show how they can be made completely vegan, with more beneficial nutrients, and still taste amazing. (soy-free, gluten-free, dairy-free)
