Intuitive Eating will cover a combination of mindful eating (taking time to pay attention to all senses, carving out a space for eating, not eating while distracted, not judging, etc.) combined with intuitive eating which would discuss body cues, trusting the body, distinguishing between emotional and physical hunger.
