What happens now? What happens next?

A Workshop for Cancer Survivors and People Living with Cancer

Cheryl Krauter, MFT

September 18th 2020 10-12pm

These are the questions that swirl in the mind and the heart of the survivor even before that last treatment. Turning toward ourselves—reflecting on what to do now and what to do next, exploring what is present—may be a pathway to discover who you are now as you stand at this crossroad in your life

This experiential workshop will use written exercises, imagery, and conversation to create a safe space of discovery.

Please bring a notebook or writing material or, if you prefer, art supplies. Have water and snacks handy and find a comfortable space to be in during the workshop.

Questions to reflect on before the workshop:

How would you say that your life has changed after completion of treatment for cancer?

What would you say about how your life has changed if you are someone who is living with cancer?

Think about what concerns you and what matters to you as you navigate survivorship
