WCRC Book Club with Annika

Join us for a virtual book club, every other Sunday afternoon!

At our first meeting we’ll chat about possible books to kick start the summer with. Please join to suggest books for the group to read, share your thoughts and views on the books as we go, and most of all have fun and continue to stay in touch with the WCRC community!

Our book club coordinator is Annika Anderson, a longtime WCRC volunteer and bookworm.

There is no denying classic comfort foods are delicious, but most are usually low in nutrients and contain ingredients that can cause inflammation. In this class, I’ll demonstrate a few recipes to show how they can be made completely vegan, with more beneficial nutrients, and still taste great. (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free)
