Looking for something creative to do? Join our collage class for a much-needed creative outlet. We will create collages with various items that can be easily found within the home. Each wellness workshop will begin with a specific theme of the day and with the intention of creating a safe space to let our creative minds roam free. Create a vision board or just make art!

Tai Chi Embodying the Heart Qualities
with nialla rose
nialla rose has been formally studying Tai Chi for 3 years. She has been collaborating with her Tai Chi Chih teacher and other movement partners to make this form of Qi Gong accessible and available to everyone. You don’t need shoes or special clothing, simply an open mind. Movements can be practiced standing or seated, the qi, or life energy, in us all effortlessly flows.
We will focus on using all of our senses for healing, community-building and creativity. We’ll go deep and wide, explore and share in a safe space. For women with cancer and other chronic/acute illnesses. All experience levels welcome!
Elana Dykewomon has published seven books of fiction and poetry, taught writing at SF State and gives private memoir and fiction classes.
Mindful Meditation
Relieve stress, find balance in body, mind, and spirit while becoming fully present. Open to love and compassion for yourself and others. R Consuelo Inez is certified intuitive energy healer and sound therapist, she will guide you through a mindfulness meditation practice, grounding and breathwork and shamanic journey.

This class includes a gentle asana practice as well as restorative poses. No previous experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing. Especially for women who have/had cancer. Women supporters may attend.
