Everyday Wholeness with Eileen Wiediger (V)
September 15 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
What if wholeness isn’t something we have to earn, achieve, or wait for until life gets easier?
Everyday Wholeness is a five-session series exploring the possibility that a sense of wholeness is always available—even in the midst of change, uncertainty, and challenge. Together, we’ll explore ways of staying connected to ourselves with greater respect, curiosity, and compassion.
Each session offers gentle, choice-based practices grounded in lived experience. We’ll explore our relationship with the body, emotions, self-trust, and connection with others, with an emphasis on noticing rather than fixing. There is no expectation to share personal stories or revisit painful experiences.
Sessions include:
- Still Here: Wholeness as Continuity — Discovering the steady sense of self that can remain present beyond changing circumstances.
- Embodiment — Learning to relate to the body with respect and curiosity, listening to its signals without judgment or pressure to change.
- Moments of Ease — Noticing brief experiences of settling, relief, or comfort and cultivating greater awareness of what supports wellbeing.
- Be Your Own Best Friend — Exploring self-trust, inner companionship, and the practice of remaining on your own side through difficult moments.
- Belonging & Connection — Exploring connection without pressure, honoring our choices around closeness and distance, and experiencing the value of presence and witnessing.
Everyday Wholeness is an invitation to meet yourself where you are, recognize what is already whole, and discover gentle ways to stay connected—to yourself, your body, and others.
