Focus for each class: 2/25 Body Constitution, 3/11 Mind Constitution, 3/25 Daily & Seasonal Regimens, 4/8 Subtle Healing Therapies, and 4/22 Six Ayurvedic Tastes

Our classes and workshops are available to women and non-binary individuals, who are Alameda or Contra Costa County residents, and who either have/had cancer, or who are/have been a support person for someone with cancer.
