Akhila Heath: The Resilience Series

Our new Akhila Health facilitator, Janet Fouts, invites you to explore how to develop resilience in these turbulent times. When we learn how mindfulness training can help us to see things more clearly we realize how essential self-care is and how we can create tiny habits with micro-practices to allow us the space to bounce back, to reduce the overwhelm and anxiety.
