Bay Point Community All-N-One Health Collaborative presents: Cancer Community Awareness Night

Come find us at Bay Point Community All-N-One Health Collaborative’s Cancer Community Awareness Night! The event will feature educational presentations from health professionals and our own Community Engagement Director, Dolores Moorehead (at 10:30am), as well as lots of cancer specific resources and community organizations in Contra Costa County.
