Introducing Chef’s Table with Chandra  

In restaurants, the chef’s table is a special place. It is an up-close, intimate experience where guests  gather near the kitchen, connect with the chef, and engage more deeply with the food, the process, and the story behind each dish. That’s exactly the spirit I want to bring into these classes. Chef’s Table with Chandra is about slowing down, learning together, tasting intentionally, and sharing nourishment in a way that feels personal, elevated, and welcoming.

Join Chef Chandra on Saturday, July 11 for a special, in-person immersive class that will focus on Healthy Fats and provide an Olive Oil and Balsamic tasting experience.  

During this class, participants will also learn the difference between supportive fats and inflammatory fats; how to shop/read labels; guided tasting of olive oils and balsamic; easy ways to use fats for satiety and blood sugar balance. 

Please note: this workshop is offered IN-PERSON at WCRC, 2908 Ellsworth Street, Berkeley CA 94705. 

Our classes and workshops are available to women and non-binary individuals, who are Alameda or Contra Costa County residents, and who either have/had cancer, or who are/have been a support person for someone with cancer.
