Cooking Matters for Adults with 18 Reasons (IP)

October 14 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Cooking Matters is a free 6-week long cooking and nutrition series where participants will learn to buy, cook, and eat good food on a budget. During each class, you will cook and eat a healthy meal and take home a bag of free groceries and fresh produce to practice cooking at home! This cooking series is taking place between September 23 to October 28.

Anyone interested in learning about nutrition and cooking is welcome to join! Space is limited to 15 participants and participants are expected to attend all classes.

This class will be led by 18 Reasons, a nonprofit cooking school on a mission to empower community with the confidence and creativity needed to buy, cook, and eat good food every day.
