Finding Your Spark: A Series on Vitality, Aliveness, and Inner Light

Finding Your Spark is an experiential series focusing on reconnecting participants with moments of vitality, meaning, and aliveness. In this context, “spark” does not necessarily have to mean motivation, productivity, or passion. Rather, it is speaking to the part of a person that feels most alive, present, or recognizably themselves, even during difficult circumstances.

This class is offered through partnership with Akhila Health and will be taught by Eileen Wiediger.

Eileen is a facilitator, coach, and practice-led researcher whose work centers on mindfulness, self-actualization, and everyday transcendence. Through reflective and experiential workshops with Akhila Health, she creates warm, inquiry-based spaces that help participants reconnect with their inner light, resilience, and sense of possibility.

Our classes and workshops are available to women and non-binary individuals, who are Alameda or Contra Costa County residents, and who either have/had cancer, or who are/have been a support person for someone with cancer.
