Join us to reconnect with your body and restore your spirit. Each session blends gentle stretches, guided movement explorations, and moments of relaxation. This is a safe space for healing, creativity, and connection. Together, we’ll discover the power of movement to restore balance, increase body awareness, and stimulate creative expression. 

Isabella Faith Hei is a movement artist passionate about using movement as a tool for creative expression and connection. With training in both classical ballet and contemporary dance, she has engaged with diverse groups, including individuals with Parkinson’s disease, to guide movement experiences that nurture a sense of empowerment, well-being, and connection.

Our classes and workshops are available to women and non-binary individuals, who are Alameda or Contra Costa County residents, and who either have/had cancer, or who are/have been a support person for someone with cancer.
