Gentle Yoga class focuses on deep breathing to relax the body, gently opening pathways to support all systems in the body (circulatory, nervous system, lymphatic, digestive, etc.). Breath, relaxation, movement, and being in community all serve to bring about a sense of calm and in turn, healing.
