Sufi meditation (Tamarkoz) is a relaxing and restorative heart-centered meditation practice. You will be warmly guided through gentle stretches, deep breathing, guided imagery, slow movement meditation, deep relaxation and heart-focused meditation. All movement is optional, and no prior experience with meditation is necessary. All are welcome.
For maximum enjoyment and benefit, see if you can find a quiet and suitable place that will allow you to fully participate in this guided meditation session for the entire duration without much distraction. A space (along with any props) that will allow you to sit, stand and lay down comfortably. We also recommend wearing cozy and comfortable clothing and socks.
