Come join me for a fun Hatha Yoga Flow class that focuses on strength training, flexibility development, and relaxation! No prior experience is needed and all levels are welcome to participate as modifications will be provided accordingly.
All you need is a comfortable space and a yoga mat. Blankets and blocks are optional. Hope to see you there!
