Holistic healer Emily is a certified sound healer and breath work and yoga instructor who integrates these modalities for ultimate relaxation! Great for chronic pain, stress, anxiety, and sleep difficulties. All levels welcome! Emily Sojka is a registered occupational therapist with 10 years of experience in acute post-debility in adults. Emily can offer advanced knowledge of the body while guiding you through class.

Our classes and workshops are available to women and non-binary individuals, who are Alameda or Contra Costa County residents, and who either have/had cancer, or who are/have been a support person for someone with cancer.
