RC Inez, CSH, CMT will offer individual 30-minute healing sessions, providing clients with personalized support for relaxation and well-being. Sessions may include acupressure, intuitive energy healing, and reflexology, to offer a calming space to restore balance in body and mind.

Two, 30-minute, individual sessions will be provided on April 14, May 26, and June 23. The first session will be from 11 to 11:30 and the second session will be from 11:45 to 12:15.

Our classes and workshops are available to women and non-binary individuals, who are Alameda or Contra Costa County residents, and who either have/had cancer, or who are/have been a support person for someone with cancer.
