Join us for the Pantry to Plate: Empowering Wellness workshop on from 10:30 am-12 pm! Volunteers Anoohya and Mira have teamed up, bringing together their perspectives on creating accessible nutrient-dense meals, cooking at large-scales, and incorporating multicultural approaches. There will be lots of fun facts and nutrition tips (+ samples to taste as we go). Let’s get cooking!

Our classes and workshops are available to women and non-binary individuals, who are Alameda or Contra Costa County residents, and who either have/had cancer, or who are/have been a support person for someone with cancer.
