Taught in partnership with Akhila Health, students will learn to use gentle movement, breathing and meditation to nurture their life force energy (“chi”), strengthen their immune system, and clear emotional stresses and historical trauma.

Developed over the last 3,000 years in China and practiced by millions of people around the world, medical Qi Gong has been recognized for its health benefits by the U.S. National Institutes of Health, Veterans Administration, and major medical providers such as Kaiser. Techniques specifically designed for cancer patients will be shared in this series.
