Qigong Movement: Flow Into Harmony with Prudence Harris (V)

December 2 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

In this workshop, participants will be guided through a series of simple, prescribed movements designed to encourage the smooth and balanced flow of Qi throughout the body. Through mindful movement and attention to posture, we create space to release tension, restore vitality, and bring greater awareness to the body and breath.

Qigong can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and the movements are gentle, fluid, and accessible. There is no need to be flexible or have previous experience—simply come as you are and allow yourself to move at a comfortable pace.

As we practice, we’ll explore ways to cleanse, tonify, and regulate the energy system, supporting a greater sense of balance and harmony within. With regular practice, Qigong can become a beautiful way to pause, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate a feeling of calm, groundedness, and contentment.

Come join us for an opportunity to slow down, breathe, move, and reconnect—with your body, your energy, and the present moment.

About the facilitator: Prudence is a registered nurse and has a BSN (New York University) and MN (University of Washington) in that field. She has worked as a nurse in several hospital settings as well as a consulting RN for homebound elderly and disabled in the eastside area of Seattle.
