Yoga4cancer (y4c) is a research-based, specialized yoga methodology addressing the specific physical & emotional needs left by cancer and its treatments.

Recommended props: bolster/pillow, yoga blocks, yoga blanket. This class meets every Thursday.

Our classes and workshops are available to women and non-binary individuals, who are Alameda or Contra Costa County residents, and who either have/had cancer, or who are/have been a support person for someone with cancer.
