Seeing Through the Lens of the Heart is a practice designed to foster a deeper connection between you and the natural world. You will learn about, and practice, “sacred seeing” – an ability to receive the world around you at a level deeper than surface realities, cultivating a heart-centered connection. We will view printed images of nature, then use our cell phones to learn a new approach to photography in the beauty of the patio garden.
