Tai Chi Chih is an easy-to-learn, accessible and non-strenuous moving meditation. A form of Qi Gong, Tai Chi Chih circulates and balances the chi, or energy, of the body. Research shows it eases pain, reduces stress and improves balance. This workshop can be taught seated for those who are unable to stand; suffer from neuropathy or other foot pain; or are fatigued. nialla rose is an accredited Tai Chi Chih teacher. Two years ago, she co-founded a movement teachers’ collaborative that is focused on making movement accessible to all.
