Unearthing Story – connecting to nature, self, and community with Suze Allen and Darlene DeRose is an immersive workshop weaving together nature and story to create a rich environment for growing self-awareness and compassion for yourself and others. When you deeply connect with nature, all your senses awaken, opening you up to examine the origins of the stories you tell yourself, the people in your life, and the stories you show the world.

In this work, you will be guided through a series of narrative practices to remember how your story came together; recognize how and why your story has changed, as well as which parts of it still fit; and reimagine your personal narrative for the future. Intertwining story with nature allows for deep connections, a better understanding of who we are and a reciprocal flow between the earth, the self, and others.
