Discover Healing and Community with WCRC at the Castro Valley Library
Join the Women’s Cancer Resource Center (WCRC) at the Castro Valley Library on Thursday, November 13, from 12:30–2:00 PM for a free community event that combines inspiration, learning, and deep relaxation.
You’ll hear from our Executive Director Amy Alanes about how WCRC supports individuals facing cancer through compassionate programs and community-based care. Then, experience a one-hour immersive sound healing session led by R. Consuelo Inez, an expert sound therapist and intuitive energy medicine woman. She’ll help guide participants find a restorative, meditative state through sounds and vibrations that can release stress and promote balance.
This free event is open to all—come experience the power of community and sound.
