We are thrilled to announce that the Women’s Cancer Resource Center (WCRC) has recently been voted in as an at-large member of the East Contra Costa County Alliance (ECCCA). This significant milestone aligns with our ongoing commitment to advancing equity and resilience within our communities, particularly for women affected by cancer.
The ECCCA is a coalition of community-based leaders and nonprofit organizations united by a shared vision of creating meaningful change in East Contra Costa. By joining forces with ECCCA, WCRC will actively contribute to the Alliance’s efforts to reduce marginalization, promote health and economic equity, and enhance the capacity of community organizations in the region.
WCRC’s involvement with ECCCA marks a new chapter in our efforts to support individuals with cancer through advocacy, collaboration, and community engagement. We are excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring and are committed to making a positive and lasting impact in East Contra Costa County.
